American Financial Services provides proof of funds, collateral, credit enhancement, financing, financial and business consulting. We are equipped to meet a broad range of financing, business consulting, and financial strategy needs. Our expertise has been a force among our competitors. The firm was started as an insurance agency in 1975. By 1987, it was known for its expertise in business and financial problem solving when its primary business changed from insurance to mortgage banking, it expanded into loan portfolio sales by 1994. Although the firm provided financing and loan brokerage services it continued to offer consulting and management services. In 1996 the firm took on the management of Asset Financial Credit Corporation a LPC, established to issue debt securities and act as settlor or depositor of trusts, setup to hold mortgages as collateral. In its capacity as manager AFS structured the company and set up its goals and objectives. In retrospect we have created many new financial structures since then which have become more complex especially in light of the nature and scope of the business activities of the clients we advise. The end results is that our clients look toward our efforts to assist in financing, raising capital providing credit enhancements, cash and advising in selling debt and equity. Keeping pace with financial industry developments and providing our customers with the most cost effective services is our priority. |
